Christmas

December is one of the most beautiful month of the year because it is one month a little feeric.
First , all people decorate their houses in familly .Then the meal of midnight supper is the occasion to meet in family and to re-examine everyone. Lastly , it's marvellous to see children , like my goddaughter who is 2 years old , to open all the gifts that the Father Christmas deposited with the foot of the Christmas Tree.

"the Tsunami's birthday"

There is one year, december 26 ,2004, the tsunami devasted the littoral of the indian Ocean.
First , a seism of 9 on the scale of Richter occured in broad island of Sumatra , Sunday 26. Then this powerful seism generated tidal waves devastators in the south of Asia.
The report of the Tsunami made at least 216.858 died and disappeared in this area. Here the report by country:
Indonésie: 131.338 died; 25.016 disappeared.
_ Sri Lanka: 31.229 died; 4.093 disappeared
_ Inde: 10.749 died; 5.640 disappeared.
_ Thaïlande: 5.395 died; 2.817 disappeared.
_ Somalie: 289 died et disappeared.
_ Birmanie: 90 died; 10 disappeared.
_ Maldives: 82 died; 26 disappeared.
_ Malaisie: 68 died.
_ Tanzanie: 11 died.
_ Bangladesh: 2 died.
_ Seychelles: 2 died.
_ Kenya: 1 died.

To conclude , it 's large and terrible world event which will remain a lang time in the spirit of many people.

Homeless people

Since some weeks , a lot homeless people died in France. In 42 departments , level 2 of the cold large plan was started . This level start when the felt temperature is between -5 and -10 degreesat night and negative during the day. That envisages additionnal places of acceuil and reinforcement of the teams of 115 . 115 is the telephone number which anyone can call when he was confronted with the cold or anyone who wants to come to somebody assistance .
Moreover a lot of associations like" the restaurants of the heart" or "the food bank" help homeless people .They distribute hot meals in the large cities and food for the people being able to cook.
To conclude the winter is the period of year very difficult for homeless people .That's why we must help them either by integrating an association or by giving food to these associations.
But I think that to help homeless people to integrate in the society it's more important. And that will have more impact.
